Weather
It is late leaf-fall. The autumn season is slowly making way for the coming leafbare, and frosty winds are beginning to gust about. The waterways are submitting to thin layers of slushy ice, and prey is becoming scarce. Time to stock up!

Two slim forms stalked through the undergrowth, one or the other occasionally lifting their head. A set of wings on each were folded back, both pairs resembling dragonfly-like wings.Ahead of the two was an unsuspecting rabbit, small head darting this way and that with doubt of its safety.
Suddenly one of the two warriors leaped up, wings spreading apart, and the other kept its head low to watch. But as the second cat awaited the sound of claws raking down soft rabbit fur, it never came.
It never came - only a loud bang.
Suddenly a thump echoed around the small clearing the two had been in, and the second cat looked toward his Clanmate, too shocked for words.
Blood was pooling around the motionless form, and as he ventured closer the cat found a deep hole in their back, as well as one in one of their wings.
As the tom glanced around, looking for the cause of this sudden death, he spotted a twoleg, with a thin black stick. Some kind of smoke was above the twoleg, and he realized it came from the black stick.
"Silverstreak! Silverstreak, please, wake up!" The cries from the tom were not heard by the she-cat, and the only response was the sound of dripping blood.
You. You were a friend. You were a friend of mine I let you spend the night You see how it was my fault. Of course it was mine. I'm too hard at work. Have you ever heard of anything so absurd ever in your life. I'm sorry for wasting your time.
It begins as a rumor.
It was only a rumor at first. It began as a cry for pity in the CloudClan camp, a tom carrying a fallen Clanmate by her bloody scruff.
A wild story was told, about a long black stick that a twoleg had been holding. And how one of the holes had suddenly appeared in her wings, and one in her back. And how the loud bang had echoed through the clearing.
Belief was clutched when the holes were seen. CloudClan became ever so aware of the threat Twolegs had created.
The gathering was held, and CloudClan quickly spread the news of the Twoleg threat. The story was told. And it was told again, and again, and by the time the Clans had all departed from the gathering every cat was aware of the threat.
Over the next moon more cats were killed by these mysterious holes and black sticks.
The Clans were in utter confusion until a kittypet named Whiteout appeared in the forest. The cat first arrived at CloudClan, and explained that the black sticks that the Twolegs held were guns, and the holes in the cats had been caused by things called bullets that came from inside the guns.
The Twolegs were aware of the Magic Clans, he claimed, and they would stop at nothing to get rid of these strange monsters that lived in the forests.
Whiteout passed the message on, to all of the Clans, however after he began to leave MarshClan, his last stop, Ripstar blocked his way.
Whiteout was to stay prisoner, he claimed, sending some warriors to capture him and make sure he didn't insist. He had came to MarshClan, and to MarshClan he would stay until the threat passed.
There the Clan of size magic found out that they were not the only ones who held a magic. Whiteout had a magic as well - he could speak the human voice.
It was soon evident that Whiteout had made it known to the Twolegs that magic lurked in the forest.
MarshClan decided to kill him immediately after the next gathering.
But by then, the Clans were in utter chaos.
Cats believed that not a soul in the forest would live by the time the Twolegs ended their war with guns, and life became hard. Cats fought over who got a mouse; some cats refused to patrol. Others stayed in their dens, only leaving to snatch something from the fresh kill pile, that was becoming extremely low, in every Clan.
One morning MarshClan awoke to find an empty prisoners den.
Who am I to say this situation isn't great? It's my job to make the most of it Of course I didn't know that it would happen to me. Not that easy.
Hey what's that you say? You're not blaming me for anything that's great But I don't break that easy. Does it fade away? So that's why I'm apologizing now for telling you I thought that we could make it I just don't get enough to believe that we've both changed.
Families were torn apart, as some began to think thoughts of killing kits to save food. The greedy cats caused the more generous cats to feel the need to be greedy, and that caused every Clan to become extremely selfish.
Borders disappeared. Cats brave enough to venture out of camp on their own hunted wherever they wanted, and ignored the scent of the Clan borders. Soon everything smelled of every Clan, and no borders could be scented.

Whiteout suddenly appeared once more in the forest. This time, no stop was made at MarshClan. The word was passed on that the Twolegs demanded a final war, to destroy these cats once and for all. Whiteout only said to reassure that Twolegs would not be many.
The next gathering, Whiteout watched alongside CloudClan, which seemed the most kept together of all the Clans. A date of the final war was decided - the moon following.
Clans began to push even the youngest kits and oldest elders to their limits, training them to avoid quick attacks like the usage of the gun. Magic became something kits and elders were forced to do, the cats training them threatening the elders to give them no meal for the next three days and telling the queens that their kits would be tossed into a river or into the still-bordered Rogue territory say the kits did not use magic three times in the next day.
Families fell apart further. By the near end of the moon, Clans didn't matter any more either. There were no Clans, no borders, no StarClan, no DirtClan. Nothing mattered but survival to these cats now. Kits merely a moon or two old were sent to believe that their life was only theirs to fight and get killed in the end of the Clans coming in a few days.
Well neither one of us deserves the blame because opportunities moved us away And it's not an easy thing to learn to play a game that's made for two that's you and me The rules remain a mystery. See it can be easy.
Whiteout left CloudClan the day before the battle. By then no one noticed at all; they were too busy crying out for any mercy possible.
No mercy was returned.
Finally the day arrived. The Clans all met near the Twoleg nests, claws sharp and eyes intent. However powerful they felt, some looked overweight while others seemed thinner than their tail.
Whiteout watched the battle from the sidelines, having no care for the lives of these cats. In truth he was extremely selfish and careless, not the cat who had ventured into the forest that meant death to so many.
There were not as many humans as expected, a few taller ones watching from the sidelines, amazed to see at least one hundred cats all lined up against the humans. Each one held a gun, and each one made a click echo from the gun moments before the battle begun.

Cats were dead within the first two minutes of the battle.
Dead cats were dragged out of the battle, and began to pile up on one side of the war site.
Cats ran toward the humans in groups, making sure that even if some were shot the others would make it to the humans and attack.
Whiteout began to feel guilty when the bodies of dead cats began to get dumped into a nearby river.
When he saw a fierce tom jump forward and get shot to save the life of a young she-cat, he made his decision.
He jumped into the battle and bit into the leg of his twoleg owner. A few words in human were whispered back and forth, and the twoleg called out something.
The humans departed, bodies scratched and bloody from the cats that had managed to reach them. One looked dead, collapsed on the ground with blood spilling around it.
The battle ended like that. Whiteout disappeared, and the clans began to form once more. Leaders who had not been killed called their Clans together, and the survivors of the battle gathered around the remaining leaders as they told the inhabitants of the forest about the mercy of StarClan.

The morning after the battle, one kit appeared at the entrance to every Clan's camp. And with the new kits came the power of Whiteout and the tale of the twolegs.
The Clans turn to themselves for support, as slowly order is formed and the Clans become four again.

O.O Wow. That's awesome, Rippah. It's even better when put into detail (obviously)! Really, this is SO COOL!^^
Out of curiosity, won't someone have to play the she-cat that gets shot first? Or are you just going to play her yourself? Either way, it's fine with me.^^
Ooh, I really would like a part...but which one? So hard to choose...I'll post again later (or edit this post) when I decide, ok?^^

Well, it's not going to be roleplayed. The cat that is shot will be dead before the actual plot begins to be roleplayed, but her friend is torn apart and stuffs. I'm planning on having it be Crimsonmoon, and a cat he had fallen in love with in the past..what, three-year jump? xDD
If it's not too late, Rippah, I would also like to express interest in Whiteout; playing him would make it somewhat easier to fulfill his role in Whispers.
Even if I don't get him, though, I'm fine with it.^^
@.@ Which one of you will be taking Whiteout? I have a preferred personality for him for whoever selects him, that I'll explain to you...He's a complex cat. Heartless at the beginning of AZ, but he begins to see his wrongdoings later on, especially after the death of Crimsonmoon. I'm going to write a subplot, name yet to be decided, that will explain the happenings after AZ, including the lives of Whiteout's four kits. ^^
On a side note...do ya think we should start the gathering soon? XD After Crimson's mourning thread and stuffs...
xDD Well...I hate to be unfair...but Marrowtail should get it, i think T.T -prepares to be pounded by bludgeons- Mainly because Zeph, you have more characters and Marrowtail is new, and deserves a nice welcome...T.T -uses Crimson as a shield-
